The ALPS presentation “We Are Our Partners' Keepers.” is a three-part DVD presentation that will highlight ethical dilemmas encountered by lawyers and explore issues that can arise while trying to manage a firm crisis. Following each vignette, participants will break into small groups to discuss the issues presented and then come together in a large group to discuss the issues in an open forum with the moderator and program facilitators. A sampling of the issues raised include trust account irregularities, misconduct and the disciplinary process, attorney departure, obligations to an insurance carrier, and compliance with an electronic data discovery order just for starters. This program is one that should not be missed.
